
I see it all the time. People all revved up about starting a home based business, only to feel let down right out of the gate.
When you've been around this industry for a while, you understand the scenario, and have seen it all too often. People are excited when first starting a home based business. They organize their home office, maybe get some business cards printed, and then.... POW!
They are hit in the face by the realization that they have NO IDEA WHAT TO DO NEXT!
So they call their sponsor, and their sponsor tells them (if they answer at all) to start making a list of everyone they know, and tell them about their new business.
UGH!!
I've done that. So have most network marketers at some point.
But NEVER AGAIN.

As soon as someone signs up with us, even before their brand new Business in a Box is delivered, we get our new members started in a well structured series of steps designed to get them oriented in their new opportunity:
Step 1: View overview videos of both Carbon Copy PRO and Wealth Masters International.
Step 2: Go through a Business Plan webinar designed to get our new members thinking about the organization and goals of their new business.
Step 3: Complete an income worksheet, including questions on their income goals and the time frame in which they want to achieve these goals. They then fax or email this worksheet to us and we set up a business planning call.
Step 4: A one hour business plan call where we talk about the answers on their income worksheet and develop strategies with our new members about the best way to position themselves in the compensation plan to achieve these personal and income goals.
Step 5: By this time, they have received their Business in a Box, and we get our new members to begin the process of reviewing their new 30 Day Marketing Guide. Once they do this, we then have another discussion with them regarding their specific marketing strategies and their marketing budget.
The point of these structured steps to follow for new members is so that they never get to that point of "What the hell do I do now?"
Our philosophy is that this kind of structure, especially early one, is very beneficial and, in fact, necessary when a new person is just starting their new home based business opportunity.
