On Friday, Rosemary and I attended an ultra-exclusive mastermind session at a luxurious penthouse on the 34th floor on 5th Avenue in New York City overlooking Central Park.
There is one word to describe the events of the day: WOW!
Who attended? Top earners in Internet marketing such as Jay Kubassek, Aaron Parkinson, Jimmy Davis, Dennis Karganilla, and Howie Schwartz. I mean, these guys are at the very top of their game. And if that wasn't enough, the 2 top earners in Carbon Copy Pro, Michael Force and Andrew Cass showed up to add their expertise to the group.
Also invited were 15 of the up and coming leaders, or as Jay Kubassek called us, the "rising stars" of Carbon Copy Pro. We were honored to be included in this group.
Sometimes we in Carbon Copy Pro look at the "icons" or "gurus" in our industry as being somehow different from us, somehow advantaged. But having spent the day with these guys and hearing their respective stories, there is NOTHING different between them and the rest of Carbon Copy Pro, except that they have PAID THEIR DUES.
Oh, one more difference. They have been smart enough to learn from their mistakes and the mistakes of others, and have been ruthlessly persistent and consistent in achieving their financial goals. These guys are a true "mastermind group."
They support each other, they learn from each other, and they thrive off each other.
It was really something to experience.
Now, I am not at liberty to discuss the specific content of this mastermind session, except to tell you that each one of the leaders took the time to discuss our business and marketing plans, dissect our results, and helped us make a definitive action plan to push our businesses to the next level.
Not a whole lot of concrete marketing techniques were taught. Rather, it was an exchange of ideas and a sharing of the intangibles that separate the top earners from the rest of the pack.
Again, WOW!
This was probably the MOST IMPORTANT 10 hours in the history of our business. For it showed us the way in becoming the next top earners in Carbon Copy Pro.
I was told that they will be offering more of these events in the future, so if you are given the opportunity to attend, I would say that it is worth any expense if you are serious about becoming a big player in the industry.
The photos that are posted are of the various attendees in the industry, including my very beautiful wife (and business partner), Rosemary.
I am a lucky guy in many ways! :-))
